Plastics are the most common type of pollution in the ocean and on beaches in Hawaii.

In Maui, Kauai, & other cities & counties around the country, plastic bag bans and fees have dramatically reduced plastic litter.

You can help protect Hawaii's environment by using reusable bags & bottles, supporting the Bag Bill (SB1363) and joinnig the Rise Above Plastics Campaign!
