Who We Are
6/14/99: Special alert for CA residents: Contact your California State Senator (and other California State Senators) with your views on the bill SB 1277, which would restrict new highway construction through California State Parks. The bill, as of 6/14/99, is headed for a vote on the Senate floor soon.
 
Here's some things that anyone living anywhere can do to help fight the Foothill-South toll road:
  1. Complete our quick ONLINE PETITION against the toll road.
     
  2. Write a LETTER. We give you example letters you can edit (if you wish), print out, sign and send. Please add your name, address and phone number to the example letters.
     
    • Letter to the Environmental Protection Agency.
    • Letter to the Federal Highway Administration.
       
  3. Join one of the nationwide environmental organizations in the Stop the Tollroad Coalition.
     
  4. Talk to and educate your family, friends, and acquaintainces on why the FTC-South toll road is not in our national best interests. See our Overview for reasons why.
     
  5. Please, make a much needed donation to our efforts to stop the FTC-South toll road.
